Black American Market Membership Charges:
During the term of this Agreement, B.A.M will process payment for your Membership
fee and other outstanding fees, in advance.
The Membership Subscription fee covers Memberships for only the number of Business
Members indicated on the enrollment form.
Additional Memberships for multiple businesses will result in a separate Membership fee.
3.2. B.A.M Membership Subscription Billing Schedule:
3.2.1. All Membership invoices will be generated every 30 days and delivered to the Primary Member via e-mail. Member should review all charges upon receipt.
3.2.2. B.A.M will charge or debit Member’s accounts 5 days later, on the 18th of the
month, for all charges due for the next month and any overages from the previous month.
3.2.3. All payments must be received in full no later than 5 days before the last day of the month.
3.2.4 Accounts are considered past due if payment has not been received by end of day on the 18th
3.10. Overage Fees and Entitlement: Membership entitles Members to a certain number of pre-paid Services (In-App marketing and promotion, Free Ad space, Outreach, Events broadcasting) as specified on the Membership Details form. The current fee schedule is
always listed online at the Member portal.
3.11. Past Due Payments/Late Payment – Assigned Spaces: Should payment not be received in full after
processing on the 20th, B.A.M reserves the right to release to other Members any spaces that have been
allocated at the time of current membership expiration.
3.12. Late Fees. If payment for a monthly Membership fee(s) or any other accrued and outstanding fee(s) is not
made by the 1st of the month, you will be removed from the app and any new membership will be considered as a restart from the date of re-enrollment.
3.13. Insufficient Funds Fees or Declined Card Payment Fees...Should Member's payment be returned for insufficient funds or invalid credit card
information, a charge will be added to the current bill and the total amount due for the current month will be
increased by $35.
3.14. Outstanding B.A.M Fees. may withhold services or terminate this Agreement if any outstanding fees are due and unpaid
beyond the 1st (first) of every month including but not limited to building and network access. When Black American Market receives
funds from you, B.A.M will first apply funds to any balances which are in arrears and to the earliest month due first.
Once past balances are satisfied, any remaining portion of funds received will be applied to current fees due.
3.15. Changes to Fees. Membership fees may be subject to increases during the term of this Agreement. B.A.M will do
its best to limit Membership Fee changes to once annually. Other service fees are subject to increase from time to time.
B.A.M will notify Members at least thirty (30) days before the membership fee increase.
3.16. Refunds: B.A.M memberships and commitments fees are not refundable once payment is processed. Refunds
for monthly membership fees are Not Available.
